Jam Session at Serious Coffee
Every Wednesday evening a group of musicians sit around and share music in an informal, relaxed setting. Everyone is welcome to come and join in or just sit and listen. At Serious Coffee in Willow Point from 6:30pm-9:30pm. For more information please call 250-923-1312.

Vertical Gardening
Join the Campbell River Garden Club on January 2nd, for a presentation on vertical gardening. The club will host a demonstration of the Tower Garden, a unique vertical gardening system for growing fruits and vegetables. The club meeting and presentation starts at 7:00 pm (doors open at 6:30). Visitors can use the entrance on the north side of the church building (206 S Dogwood St).

Storm Game
Bring the whole family out to cheer on the Campbell River Storm as they take on Oceanside. Puck drops at 7:30pm sharp! Go Storm! Adult tickets only $10, children only $7. www.campbellriverstorm.com

Open Mic Night
Every Friday evening, Serious Coffee in Willow Point hosts Open Mic. Come in and sign up to perform or just come and enjoy an evening of amazing local talent. All ages welcome. Come early to get a seat… this is a very popular event. At Serious Coffee in Willow Point from 7:00pm – 10:00pm. For more information please call 250-923-1312.

Babysitters on Skates
Parents! This is your change to enjoy an evening out with your kids spend Friday night with their friends skating, playing games, face painting, doing arts and crafts and making a snack to enjoy while winding down to a movie. Please pre-register for this event by calling Strathcona Gardens at 250.287.9234.
Cost is $15 and includes skate rental.

Song Circle
Would you like to sing a song, play an instrument, or jam with other music lovers?
Please come out for an evening of informal music at the Community Centre in the lounge (second floor, enter via rear doors). Every Friday from 7PM to 9PM.

Christmas Tree Chipping
Do the green thing, and keep your tree out of the landfill! 10-4pm at the Sportsplex.
Minimum $5 donation with proceeds going to the BC Professional Fire Fighters Burn Fund.

Tree Chipping Fundrasider – North
At CR Bottle Depot from 11:00am – 3:00pm, 1580 Willow St. Proceeds go to the Outreach Program – Saturday Soup Kitchen. For more info please call Kathy at 250-923-2968.
